We want you to love your Pura Vida pieces, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please note that final sale items and charity products are non-returnable to maintain our commitment to our artisans and causes.

Return Process

  Visit the Return Portal

  Head over to our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific bracelets or accessories you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

• 3.
  Print and Post

  Download your prepaid shipping label, secure the items in their original packaging, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 7-10 business days.
